Nice article today about the Hounds in today's Herald Leader. Boys are focused and ready for Paintsville. Hope they're ready for a big serving of the Dumphord's and Dorsey!

Ready, willing and able. Basketball season starts for you come Monday.

I wonder if Kash is ready for Koebe Garrard? Koebe will be the biggest man on the field. He'll show why Kash is an OVC LB at best. Tell Bill Mike he'll have some more players on Monday.

I guess you haven't seen any Paintsville film. Garrard is not the fastest or the biggest player Paintsville has played against this season nor will he be the biggest player on the field.

One thing can neutralize speed, that's opposing speed and physicality. Paintsville is big upfront, but they are mobile as well. Paintsville has good speed at RB and WR, but they have physicality as well. Paris has speed all over the field, but their LOS, imo, will not be able to hang for 4 quarters with Paintsville. I said in the preseason, and I still think that the region resides in the Raceland district, though its not who i had hoped and expected it to be.

Paintsville rolls after a dogfight in the first half.

I haven't seen Paris in person or on film so I have no idea how they match up with Paintsville. All I know is the game last Friday probably woke Paintsville up and they should play their A game.

After watching film of Paris yes their backs look pretty good compared to the defensive lines they've played against this season. The best team they've played so far was Fairview and had the Eagles protected the football we woulda had a lot different ending. However Paris put themselves in the position to capitalize on Fairviews mistakes and that says something! As for tomorrow nights game? I believe Paris will come out holding their own against the Tigers showing their speed but I think it will be short lived and Paintsville comes out hitting HARD and never lets up!

Useless factoid ... Paintsville and Paris are right next to each other alphabetically in the state football schools.

I think that is that is the only place Paris will get that close to Paintsville.

If Paintsville can not win this one by at least 2 TD's, they will see their season end next week versus Pikeville.

Agree!! This game should be a statement game for the Tigers!!!
