Pretty apparent that what is being said is Cooper would have an easier time in 5A, otherwise why say it? They'll be fine, just funny everyone wants to dog on Cooper all the time. If we win, the other team played bad or we got lucky, if we lose its I told you so, or see they aren't as good as they say.

So you guys would rather just roll over everyone? Think they are up to the challenge. It's one game, you guys flip flop like crazy. Cooper is not a fluke; they aren't a one hit wonder, I think their history shows that. These kids will be fine, not one player I've talked to would turn down a challenge.

Cooper couldn't get anything started, the line for BS held (sometimes literally) and they were able to run where they wanted. Little bit of a wake up call, but we will regroup and be back at it. Rather take our lumps now and learn from them then go undefeated and have false hope come playoffs. By the way the lightning game call was due to the lights exploding, no way Coach Borchers risks safety with glass all over the field.

Cooper outgained NewCath in total yards 392-79. The Breds had 26 yards rushing on 20 carries. Key stat to this game. I will agree with Hellbird, NCC definitely has a great run defense. We did make a few great plays to get loose on long runs but they were working hard in the middle. Seth Keller added an INT to his stats, both Kellers were all over the field again. Dante added another INT as well, kid can really extend when necessary. Again I think NCC will do fine in district play. I look forward to Cooper's game next week vs Bryan Station

Think he was close to 100, did score 2 TDs. Were a few missed calls on both sides, but hitting the QB after play blown dead? Wish NCC all the best.

So technically 2A vs 6A shouldn't happen right? And I know NCC is 2A but they have played Cooper long before SK scheduled CAL

So maybe that should make you think about your 6A vs 2A(3A,etc) stabs at teams. Just goes to show you that anything can happen on Friday night. Best of luck to both teams this season (well except Sept 18)
