Hey just a thought. Since a lot of fans will be at the stadium watching their favorite H.S. team, why not have the little ones dress up and trick or treat in the stands and around the stadium facilities? Make an announcement to the home teams/ boosters parents to have all the fans attending to bring bags/ sacks of candies to give out to the little one. Enjoy a game and a fright night..

Forget the listserve, forget e-mailing, pick up the phone, call them in person, ask what week it is and make it happen. If no answer, leave a message and keep trying. Trinity will get the message. Just saying.

It might not benefit Trinity but it will JC ALOT, so why not try to contact them and work out a deal? Just Imagine if JC places Trinity in their schedule and let's just say make the games competitive. How many of us doubters would get off JC's back... But from all that we are reading, sounds like JC will not make an attempt to contact their AD. Would have been good to see.

We don't know. Have your AD call T's AD. Will shall see if they can come to an agreement. Trinity will not have a issue of traveling. They travel just about everywhere to play. See what kind of stipulation JC place.

Bryan Station can't play defense and I believe that their QB is out. Can anyone confirm that?

That's the only way that Boone can stop Lex Cath if it's raining, muddy and/ or 3 feet of water on the sideline... But Lex Cath will be fine and will find a way.

Male, Saint X or Trinity from the east. Just because of their top tier programs and from the west, well it's still Scott Co. Even with the lost to Station. I would bet if they play a 3 game series, Scott Co will beat them 2 of 3 times. Dark horse? from the east Mc Cracken and west Bryan Station.

Boyle Co a spoiler? C'mon man! Boyle Co is a contender. To be tagged as a spoiler, you must be not in the radar, an underdog, a team with a sub-par season or record. Collins can play that part, but definitely not Boyle Co.

True, but if a quick strike, speed offense gets down... Ground and pound will eat up that clock. But I will somewhat disagree, just a little. Boyle Co is a ground and pound first program and won numerous state title. I believe Belry is as well. My point is that it could happen. I do understand with the game now a days.. Speed Kills

I'll take Knox Central with their ground and pound attack and perhaps Ashland just because they have a nice RB and is quick, fast and a definitely a homerun hitter. Not sold on anyone else.

Someone already mentioned that it will run into the basketball season and/ or the weather... Also some of the top seniors will probably won't want to play into a such a long all star season with the scare of injuring themselves and hurting their changes to play at the next level.

South Warren, Belfry, Lou Central, Bell Co this season and the next 4 after, add on Boyle Co. and Lexington Catholic. No particular order.

With all the talk about JC only wanting a home and home series with an opponents, but can't seem to get an agreement with anyone. Real quick question for all the JC followers here. Did you all get a home and home series with Fairlands, Ohio, Philadelphia Martery Charter PA and Lutheran East of Cleveland Ohio??? If so then JC is willing to travel 68 miles, 570 miles and 360 miles. Or is it just a one way trip for those teams to Paintsville? It's kinda hard to believe that those teams only agreed to travel to Paintsville without a return game to their home school. Makes us wonder.

I too do not believe that JC's strength of schedule will hurt them in this game. It will though in the 2nd or 3rd round of playoffs when they play top quality programs, which JC has not seen during the regular season in so many year. JC 35-14

But if you want your program to take it to the next level and be competitive, why not take the challenge and show the doubters and earn that respect. Some one said here earlier. The unwilling to do what it takes to hit the road ( trip ) and challenge their program to be a legitimate state contenders... Instead they play cupcake city. Well that's how I see it. But then again who am I? Just my 2 cents in this topic.

Correct us if we are wrong, but I think they did and JC wanted a home return game. Which none of the other 3 participant wanted.

I think part of the problem is JC is always looking for a home and home series. Some teams they have contacted would love to play them but just on a one year deal and some might not want to travel to Paintsville. In my opinion, JC should just go and play those teams and prove that they can play with other tougher programs rather than lower tier teams from PA, WV or OH. What do you all think?

Dang! Is FT Highlands that good that they can win class 4A and 5A in the same season? LOL

Didn't Cov Cath limped into the playoffs last season, went to JC without their starting QB and other skill players? If so and they still beat JC @ JC by that score. Please correct me if I'm wrong on that.
