  1. Sorry, But this will be a blow out, Chuck has had a week to get everything focused. Running clock 2nd qtr. BC 56 GC 6.
  2. You can debate these rankings all day. Danville did have a running clock put on them by Boyle Co., but they are not the only team BC has done this to, and sure won't be the last. I have more than voiced my opinion on how good Boyle is, take it or leave it I don't care. What I really care about is where Danville is at the end of the season.
  3. It is a while yet to the playoffs, a lot can happen, a key injury to a player on these teams can really change things. I know if Danville lost the QB their post season hopes will go way down. I hate to see that Mayfield has lost its best player, maybe He will recover and come back for the play offs.
  4. I'm interested to see the outcome of this game. I wish Mayfield was at full strength, it might give me an idea of where Danville stands right now. My feeling is Mayfield will dominate this game early on.
  5. I just think Boyle is really good, and the are getting better with each game. I know Desales is good and better than Danville at this point in time. As for the teams I think Boyle would not have problems with is my opinion on things I have seen and heard. Good luck to the Colts the rest of the season.
  6. Male, Scott County, Trinity and BG , definitely not Simon Kenton,Manual, Brian Station, not commenting on South Warren because of the family ties. And absolutely not Johnson Central, Boyle has owned them over the years.
  7. Hey Hatz, these guys are not aware of Boyle Co. abilities. Also I would like to know the 7 6A teams that would be favored. Just because they are in 6A don't mean squat. There may be a couple but not 7.
  8. I was the one who said top 3 in any class maybe I would consider top 5, but they are a machine. A team that has excellent execution. Maybe the best coaching staff in the State who puts them where they need to be to win games. They rarely turn the ball over. You turn the ball over they make you pay. A very patient team that keeps the foot on the gas. An excellent defense. A very diverse and dynamic offense that is lead by a QB that is intelligent, athletic and a dominate competitor. Listen this is coming from a staunch life long Danville player and fan not a Boyle Co. homer. Boyle Co. is an elite team in this State. I know they can play with the best teams in this state bar none.
  9. You lol a lot, at least your a happy guy, I backed my thoughts up with some numbers. AND by the way you seem to know soooooooooooooo much yourself!:sssh:
  10. I hope this show down happens. I am very confident Mayfield will dominate and open some eyes. Snake you guys have kept the mojo going for dedcades not just a few years. you guys have been one of the more impressive programs thru the years.:thumb:
  11. Fern Creek's best win is against Desales, they lost to Dupont Manual, FC's other victories are against teams with a combined record of 4-11. I'm not even sure how good Manual is. Boyle Co. would dominate Fern Creek. As for the east NCC will be the team to beat to get to the finals. If Danville were to meet them in the semi's NCC would definitely be favored especially since the game would be at NCC. I think Mayfield is the team to come out of the West no problem and would be a strong favorite to beat Danville, on the other hand CAL and Murray don't concern me. Danville does have a strong tradition, Clay Clevenger is making strides getting the ADS back to the glory days, and if he does it will be back to Mayfield and Danville dominating this Class.:thumb:
  12. Desales would be favored against Danville, I will give you that. But Boyle Co. is more than a solid Football team. I was told to get out of Danville more earlier in this thread, You guys might want to get out of Louisville some time.
  13. I just looked at Desales opponents records combined 4-11, I haven't seen Desales play but I have seen Boyle play they are as good as advertised and don't have any glaring weakness. I stated in another post, I believe Boyle is top 3 reguardless of class.
  14. Have you seen Boyle Play? I know Desales has had a nice run over the last couple of seasons and would probably beat Danville. But when your post in my opinion slights Danville. I will respond. Have you seen Danville play? One thing for sure if Danville does make it out of the east, they will only have to play one of the teams you were referring to. I think Desales will have plenty to worry about with Mayfield to make it to the finals.
  15. Well la, da, da, deeda,da, Everybody is looking at that Boyle Co. game and really discounting the ADS. I would say Desales would not do much better against Boyle. I don't think anybody else will challenge the Rebels this season.
  16. You started the thread, your criteria, but your criteria only validates your list in your mind, not some of the other people making comments on here.
  17. Don't know much about South Warren but I know Boyle Co. is one of the top teams in the State never mind classification. The only unknown for me is How good is Belfry? If Boyle doesn't have any key injuries I think they will win 3A hands down.
  18. If Corbin backs up And takes away the long ball, and Clay Clevenger doesn't adjust and run some pass routes under neath, then Corbin will be able to stop Danville's offense.
  19. That wasn't That wasn't too hard Danville safety 5'5'' 140LBS.
  20. Demo was just trying to get some corn for a cook out over at Duffy's house.:lol2::lol2:
  21. Duffy was my coach, not very likeable, was hard core to the bone. Some of the stuff he did and said would get him fired today, but back then it worked and I think laid the ground work for Danville's run with Coach Harp.
  22. Not sure exactly what allegations you are talking about, but not all the Ads fans are doing that, I guess the ones you are around. I think Boyle's winning is because of good coaching, better talent. I think Danville may be on the up tick, Clevenger seems to have restored some discipline and work ethic to the program.
  23. They were huge and passed the look test. When they came out on the field I thought Danville would not be able to stop the RC ground attack. Danville completely stuffed them up the middle. RC went to power sweeps got some yardage and scored, Danville adjusted well and that was the ball game. Danville much quicker and faster.
  24. The two big improvements I see in Danville are the receivers are catching the ball, and the defense is improved. The defense is not giving up big plays and they are much more aggressive. Danville's defensive line was much smaller than Rockcastle, but they pretty much controlled the line which is a great improvement from last year. Last year the Ads would have a back stopped only to let them go for a big gain. I haven't seen that this year. Boyle has to be favored in this game but Danville is much improved from last year. Also people are questioning Danville's schedule, I understand about Larue Co., but RC looked solid. My question is about Bell Co., how good were they?, or were people going off past reputation? They beat Middlesboro easily, but I think Middlesboro is down and lost a lot of players from last year.
