Mustangs are tough. They have size, shoot well, and and play tough defense. Holmes will be tough as well. I agree they are not a great shooting team and have to play to rim to be effective, but quickness on defense makes up for that. Brossarts starting point guard did not play in tonight.

He was a starting cornerback for the varsity and was the JV QB at the time of his injury. I think he will be an improvement over a freshman who has only been with the team for 6 weeks.

I heard from some players that their 2nd team QB may return this week if he gets clearance from the doctors. Pelgen was playing extremely well before he went down with a shoulder injury.
