I watched the Conner game last night. If Barker is UK's savior, Houliston, if developed physically over the next year, will easily make some D1 noise. Barker has alot of good qualities but the Houliston kid passes circles around him, IMO.

You are correct. I am. And again, I ask you, what are the flaws in this? I think at the very least it gives a ballpark estimation of the competitiveness of the game. And what the heck does Kevin Bacon have to do with this?

Both teams have played Campbell County though.

Lex Cath beat Bryan Station by a touchdown. Birds had the clock running in the 2nd qtr.

Birds have shown they can handle speed with minimal damage. I doubt Boyle is as fast as some of the University Christian/JH/PT players.

Alot of Bird fans pucker up when any team is within 2td's after the half.

Would the Birds play them in the sticks?

Boyle, Johnson Central, a healthy Cov. Cath, or even Lex Cath; Which poses the toughest challenge? I'm not sure how the playoff system layout will be or who is hosting who, but home field advantage would be nice deep into the playoffs. Johnson Central looks decent as does Boyle. The Boyle/Lex Cath matchup this coming friday should put alot in perspective.

Oh, I think I remember you telling me this over the weekend. I get confused b/c conventional wisdom tells a person that the true backup would come in for Houli. :thumb:
