He has been waiting his whole life to become the head coach @ Nelson, why would he leave now? He will have a decent team coming back next year.

E will do a great job. Talked with him this past season and it is what he wants to do. Eddie is as smart of a guy that you will ever know and could be doing plenty of other things if money was the issue. He is doing what he loves and will be great at it!

Let's hope he plans on running a more sound technique based defense than he has been running @ Bardstown. They ran the man to man confusion defense that lacked superior athletic ability that is needed to run that D.

Any specific reason as to why he will be out? Didn't he just take over?

I have been involved and watched high school footbal my entire life & I don't believe that there are very few teams that could match this Highlands team. They are the whole package from coaching, scheme, size, strength, speed, and football IQ that has been in this state. Congrats!!!
