Let's go with the all 33rd. Boone goes to Rupp with their girls going to BG. If Downs plays like he did tonight, Nobody beats them. He will be the best guard in the 9th next year. Coach M is also one of the best in the 9th and will get it done IMO. This is their year.

Kudos also goes to Coach McQueary. Great game plan and great using your bigs to help handle the press. Reminded me of Ryle a few years back when they used Doellman to bring the ball up against the press. Outstanding job Coach, you should be mentioned in the COY discussions heavily.

Cooper Downs was nothing short of spectacular this evening. One of the best point guard performances of the year and I've seen a lot of them. He was truly a quarterback tonight and put his team on his back. He handled Holmes tremendous pressure, his penetration was unstoppable and he got the ball to his teammates when they were open. He also found time to put one of Rondo's fake behind the back pass drives to the basket in tonight. If this kid plays Saturday like he did tonight, Boone will be playing on Sunday, he was that good. Kudos to young Mr. Downs, you played your tail off tonight.

I have a programmable thermostat and no one has touched it for years out of fear (it is set on a very frugal setting). I refuse to pay for parking unless it's a dire circumstance. I will always park free somewhere even if it involves a walk. I will order my coneys the following way: 1 w/cheese and 2/without. I will take cheese from the single and put it on the other two. Growing up my Dad taught me well. During a shower, he would make my brothers and I turn off the water while lathering up and turn it back on to rinse. He was Mr. Frugal.

This comes down to the last two players at the poker table with a 50MM pot sitting in the middle. Who calls? Who's bluffing? This showdown will get really interesting. While I think it's fair to say that CP has banked his cash, I also find it hard to believe that he folds and leaves this much cash sitting in the "pot". That would be shocking to me. If he does follow through with his threat, then I think that speaks volumes about the deplorable conditions that exist within this organization. Having said that, I became a season ticket holder in 2000 when the excitement about the new stadium was buzzing a mile high. I have made a very tough decision to not renew this year and walk away. While I will continue to be a fan, there is simply to much uncertainty that exists with the labor agreement and this team going forward for me to continue down this road to perdition. My budget is much larger now for sports camps and other types of family recreation.

Can anyone go to a participating school and buy pre-sale tickets?

Great pics as always Panda. It was nice to see the entire score board lit up, wasn't the case at all the games last year. Hope this continues. The Lady Rebels will be a very tough out if they continue to shoot the ball like they have in their past two games.

So everyone that gets invited has been offered, or just some of the attendees? Do they stay overnight? Is there an informal meet and greet session with Coach Phillips? Wish someone could post one of the invitations.
