  1. Outstanding defensive effort tonight by the Bearcats. I must say that this team is peaking at the right time. Welcome back to the Dance.
  2. All of the criticism in this thread kills me. Let's keep it real. Just be honest with yourself. Did you really have high expectations for this year's team without Kanter? I mean really?? Did you? I know my expectations were very tempered and have been all season. I have been waiting on the 2011-12 season for over a year now. I will gladly trade mediocrity this year to hang a banner next year. No problem at all. Go Big Blue. Oh yeah, a message to Coach Cal; stop making Knight turn the ball over, you are a terrible X and O guy................
  3. No, but they should. Would make for a great atmosphere. Love the guy and the fire he brings.
  4. Bradley's performance down the stretch of this game was spectacular. Boone had no answer for him. Great game. Boone dodged a big time bullet.
  5. I still believe Stauffer has to be mentioned in the POY discussion. He single handedly took over this game with a 16 point performance in the 3rd. This after being held to 6 in the first half. Conner had no answer for him and had one FG in the quarter. The game was put on ice at this point.
  6. Nice win for Coach L and the Colonels. Nice to see Baker keep his steady contribution going. I think he is the wildcard for CCH. They will be counting on you big fella, so keep it rollin.
  7. I believe Lamb and Miller are 1 and 2 respectively in the SEC 3 point percentage standings. Impressive.
  8. Great day to be in Rupp. Cats played great as a unit. Jones becoming more and more unselfish will only help this team. Great to see Miller step it up and play like he is capable of and love my Lamb. Special guests today were Meeks, P Pat and Tim Masthay who was honored as the "Y". Go Big Blue!
  9. I only recall one technical foul in this game and I could have sworn it was called on Robinson, not Hodges. Clay Robinson just seemed to hit a boiling point during NCC 3rd quarter run. The kid is a competitor. Some of his passion needs to rub off on some of his teammates.
  10. This trial is turning out to be a three ring circus. Now we will be looking at another trial due to juror misconduct, again?? Are you kidding me? This judge made a huge mistake not to sequester this jury. I am starting to believe that people want to be on this jury for their 5 minutes of fame.
  11. I guess having a good frosh team is also over rated using your same argument.
  12. Not 100% sure, but I believe they have 3 juniors on the team. Huff, Koors and Abdon.
  13. ^Congrats to all of these young men. They are all great players who represented their schools well. Good luck going forward gentleman.
  14. Conner shoots 56% from the field and goes 4/5 from beyond the arc. Big night from Huff and Koors shooting the basketball. Conner moves to 20-4 with two left against Holmes and NCC. Nice season for the young Cougars.
  15. Congrats to the Covington Catholic Colonels. Great game that came down to free throws.
  16. Congratulations to the 9th Region JV Champion, Conner Cougars. They win a thriller in Park Hills 42-41.
  17. Can someone please share the basketball resumes from these players? I know Flesch has played with the NKY Bulldogs and they played alot of ball in the summer, but what about the other two boys? Just curious?
  18. Why did you think that? After watching the game, the better team won the game imo.
  19. Conner plays Holy Cross @ Cov Cath. 6 pm. Nice rematch from last night's OT game. That was Conner's second game after a very emotional game against Cov Cath (tournament game) earlier that same day. I look for a rested Conner team to win this Championship game. Should be another good ball game.
  20. Worst I have ever witnessed in my life. Only one word. Sad.
  21. I agree with Cal's tweet. We are getting better and gaining experience. Still a lot of basketball to play.
