Isn't it possible that they are interested in "a" culture change, but this wasn't "the" change that they wanted to represent their school ? Does HC have the right to determine what they want that culture to portray to their students and community ? Not sure that this is an HC problem......

Really...'cause I didn't until just now..... :ohbrother:

Doesn't matter what the hands or the bat were "doing", but where the bat was. If any part of the bat is in the strike zone on an "offer", it is a strike. Sounds as if the batter did not remove the bat from the zone in time...

11th Region would appear to be L-O-A-D-E-D....

I work with some people close to this situation....it would appear that the statements above all have some validity. This was about business, but done by someone who was very aware of the business practices and personal patterns of those involved. There is an abnormally high concentration of questionable persons in this area that are not necessarily native to the region....but they are locals....

Very nice. Should be a good fit. Congrats to Garren and the Bertsch family.

As long as he's not Snapchatting them to other umpires, all good....

This behavior can violate the pre-game sportsmanship warning...It will always be addressed on my games....and ended

Doesn't matter what I said, remember ? :ohbrother:

Ok, it doesn't matter...I was just curious why you didn't like it. It must not have resonated with you somehow and I didn't understand. I do not believe this is NKU's loss at all. I believe they are sufficient in the 6 ft guard range and didn't need another one. NKY is fabulous for wanting to emotionally recruit all the local talent at the end of the season. This takes nothing at all away from Jake Ohmer, but is very telling about how locals see the NKU program, and part of the reason it's a good thing they didn't look to him.

I'll call you out @camelman .... Why the dislike ? Did I say something inaccurate ?

NKU didn't "miss out", they didn't have anything to offer except preferred walk on. You seem to want to try to blame NKU for not picking up on this kid, but you clearly have no idea how things work. This isn't a Pick Your Best Local team or a "hometown hero" team concept....you seem to let your emotions guide your lack of business sense on this.

Are you talking about local college AD and coaches ?

I would also encourage everyone to check out Thyme restaurant run by Clayton's wife (and Clayton) when you are in Paris. Nothing but great going on there. Steaks are fantastic, service is even better.

Hmmm, I wonder if this should be seeded ?

So what comes out of the Monday 20th Comey briefing ? Anything ?

I couldn't watch...Tucker Carlson makes me rageful...

I do not disagree...my point was that in the past 8 years it's been a "looky over here" game...and everyone looked, meanwhile, in Gotham City.... I think it's been going on for years. The government has surveilled it's citizens for years, we just now have the ability to dig into some transparency.

Hacked ? Fake News ? McRib Coming Back this Week ?

Just curious, why would we think that it doesn't exist ? Anyone that has had any dealings with the Federal government has at least a little understanding of how deep they can get into an individual's life. I think it's entirely plausible that we have people working within agencies of the US Government against the current administration, at any given time....this is Deep State. I also believe it has existed for some time and it's not one sided. This country had 8 years to establish a solid working underworld, operating within the government, at all levels and all agencies....because no one was looking at what the government was doing. The entire country was too busy watching faux social injustice on the propaganda sets while the rules of government where written off in multiple Executive Orders. Yes, there are people in the government who want to control the rest of the United States population. Yes, they have many means and methods to achieve that goal. Yes, you are most certainly sheep if you trust the entity called the US Government, irrespective of your political leanings....they are not your friends.

Looks great ! Glad to see there is some room behind the plate. Keep up the hard work !

This is exactly why the entire staff does not need to be on site for each tournament....costs for participation continue to rise and the KHSAA can't seem to figure out why ?

Now I believe you are onto what my concern is....two weeks paid vacation in the spring to watch premier sports on KHSAA dime.

I have been to multiple, in a variety of sports, yes...
