I doubt Beechwood brings any Freshmen JV or Freshmen Varsity players down. They may have if some of them moved up and down, but most of the freshmen had never played a freshmen game this year. I'm a proponent for having all of your freshmen play in the tournaments. I think in Basketball it would have made a difference for Cov Cath and in baseball it would make a difference for Beechwood and Highlands.

You got me wrong. I'm not defensive. You can say what you like... there are no rules for that, you're right. Just saying, as a person with integrity, if there are no findings or sanctions by a certain point in the future (you choose the date) you have to let this go. I can say there is going to be a market crash and at some point I will be right.

Your prediction needs to have an expiration date. You can't just keep saying, "it's coming". Give us a drop dead date ....the next day we will give you the business.

A real gem pitched by Jairus Wilder (BW)... Complete game. Maybe 3 hitter? Kelley and Cody pitched for Cov Cath. This could have been the best game played by Beechwood...varsity or jv in the last couple years. Offense and defense was stellar. Not sure if you've every watched a game at Cov Cath, but there is definitely a home field advantage. Must have been the whole lacrosse team there screaming and didn't bother Wilder. I would have wet myself. lol. Tigers are coming together.

Just noticed on your site that the school that has won the JV, for the last two years, has also won the freshmen. Quite a trend. What schools out there can win both this year. Cov Cath has to be the favorite on the freshmen level.

Great for Noah and Dylan. After this years senior class, the next great player may be Doverspike. He can play 8 positions and hits the ball really hard to every part of the field (lefty hitter). Two crimes this year at Beechwood.... someone called in a bomb threat yesterday and Doverspike doesn't start varsity.... IMO.

Beechwood is going to face their toughest pitcher to date Saturday morning, in Jordan. 6'9 righty that hits 90 and off speeds mid 70's.... Committed to Kentucky. Ouch. I think the Tigers manufacturer 2 runs and thats all it will take. Much easier road in the semi's and final.... I'll be a homer and take the Tigers to win.

Yes... and don't forget about sophomores Bailey Martin (SK) and Hoyt Plunkett (Grant Co) on that same team. Great team (ATY)

Dameon Ingulls (Grant Co.) and McGinness (Cov Cath... injured this year)...along with Coldiron will put up many HR's in the next few years.

Burch is a pretty good pitcher also, but hasn't got the chance this year. They will need him next and along with Jairus Wilder and Nick Jackman.... and of course Noah Huesman... the Tigers pitching staff will be really good next year also.

Beechwood has several... Odom, Wagner, Doverspike, Castleman, Trusty, Johnson and Sherron. All play up. It's a very good class. Undefeated in football also.

I said earlier in this thread that Baioni has a knack for getting his kids to gel and peak at the right time. At this point last year his team went on a tear. Other than a couple games against Cov Cath the pretty much ran the table. I'm just not sure they have the offense, based on what I've seen, this year to pull it off.
