Yes he did a good job on Thomas. I wouldn't say he gave him fits though. Why he played 25 feet from the goal all night is what baffles me. If HC had hit a few threes it would have been over for PC. The refs got in the walking call mode again on PC. Also Thomas would have been out of the game early if PC players would just pump fake him some and then go up and get fouled. They only tried that once and got hammered but no call was made.:idunno:

Could someone from Harrison tell me why Thomas played outside all night against PC? He was so much quicker and taller than anyone PC had. He could have killed them on the inside and also been there for the offensive rebounds which he hardly ever was. Good win for the wildcats.

Thank you. I couldn't have ever figured that out because there is no such thing as mythical home court advantage, but there is a Mason home court advantage along with every other team that plays.:lol:

No. The doors have now been chained and boarded up. The team that will be tearing it down will begin work soon. I was in it just last weekend and I don't believe its safe enough to let people in.

If your a fan of the 10th region, chances are you have visited the old Bracken County High School over the past several years. The school closed in December of 1997 to move to its current location. The school and gymnasium is set to be demolished starting february, to make room for the new justice center being built in Brooksville. Wallin Memorial Gymnasuim saw some great rivalries, district tournaments, and great basketball over many many years. I recently visited one last time to take one last look, and have included a few pics of the shape the gym is now in. If your a Bracken County fan these may be a bit painful.

Bracken improves to 11-4 on the season. JV bears also won tonight running there record to 13-1 on the season.

Bracken crusies past Deming in the opening round game of the 10th Region All A with a 33 point 13 rebound performance by senior Dylan Hamilton. Will advance to face St. Patrick wednesday night at 8:00 pm at Paris High School.
