Past history says some years they can. This year neither has come close to beating a large school, but I thought we were talking about the 1 and 2A's in NEKY holding there own with the 5 and 6A's in NKY.

I grew up playing football in EKY and now live in NKY. I don't agree that the 1A and 2A's in that area can "beat, or hang with, almost anyone in NKY." Size does matter in football. There are exceptions to this of course. As for the Dixie/Ashland game, Dixie has been an underachiever all year. They are capable of being a really good team but just can't seem to get it together. I will take Ashland in a high scoring game.

Follow Graybeard's advise, I travel from NKY to Ashland all the time for business, that's definately the best way to go. Just be careful about speeding on the AA. You will get a ticket.

West is definately a good QB, but Conner has only beat one team with a winning record. Manual shouldn't have a difficult time with them.

Whoever #70 for the Colonels was owned the line of scrimmage. He was the MVP of that game.

If it takes that long to sanitize their schools then they have major issues with their director of facilities.

If NKY 6A is as even as a lot of people think, we could have one of those crazy tiebreaker scenarios. The weak schedule won't help Conner if that's the case.

I don't know, Oldham has a losing record 2-3 Scott has a losing record 1-3 Lloyd is 2-2 but they are 2A Dixie has a losing record 2-3 HC is 2-2 but they are 2A Simon Kenton may name the score against the Cougars. :confused:

The coach you are referring to doesn't coach any position. He is a pastor that works with team. He keeps the boys pumped up during the game and does a tremendous amount of other things for the program.

They should probably just play their JV so no one gets hurt. :idunno:

If you think Ryle is a run only team like they may have been in the past then you might get fooled. Hempel can throw the ball and has some nice receivers. They ran the ball against Cov Cath because they could. If it's a high scoring game then Highlands wins. Low scoring affair, then I will take the Raiders.

Deon Mullins, he is a Jr. who transferred in from Alabama (I think) last year. He played a lot of wide receiver on JV last year. He has grown a lot and I thought he looked very good at FB.
