Someday this will be an interesting matchup, but not this Friday. Ryle by 40+ at the half unless the call the dogs off early.

Ryle will win big. As for calling off the dogs, they need to keep their starters in for a good part of the second half to get prepared for important games coming up.

I agree, if Lloyd, who is a 2A team in a down year can beat them, just think of what a favorite 6A team will do. I hope they keep it respectable and everyone on both sides stay injury free.

I agree. Cooper seems to be one dimensional and Ryle will certainly key on Bradley. I hope the line can protect him.

You're right. This could be an interesting call for Coach Warner. You don't want to appear like you're rubbing it in their faces, but at the same time they are heading into the heart of district play that will determine their fate for the postseason and the starters need to be totally prepared.

That is a tough call on pulling starters. Cooper's Freshman have been up 40 plus points the last two games midway thru the 2nd quarter and the coaches are wanting to give their starters time on the field for future games but feel like they may be running it up so he has pulled some key players before halftime and told the punt returner not to field the punt. I'm sure coach Warner will do the right thing to get his team prepared, which he should. Also, since Cooper doesn't run the spread this year the clock won't be stopped on every play due to an incomplete pass. Not to say they still won't lose big but maybe closer to respectability.

In reality, what benefit will the starters get once its a 40 pt game early in the 2nd half? They would go vanilla . What would Ryle get out of that?
