They can't get hit any harder than they got hit last year when they were Soph's and Junior's. IMO, they will get beat handily but they won't be the pushover they were last year.

I just remember last year and and some concussions due to the game and the JV game was cancelled. Cooper is certainly better but they have not played against a physically tough team this year and it will be ugly. I applaud Cooper's toughness and they will certainly be in the mix in the 2011 season and beyond. Here's to a safe and healthy game.

Ryle will roll over Cooper. Game is over by the start of the 4th. Ryle wins by 24

Don't think the score should matter in this game, for a 2nd year team i just really want to see how improved Cooper is against a 6a team

 Not a chance...24? As much as Cooper has improved from last year, Ryle has improved the same. Big stats for the Raiders Friday night in Union.

What is Bradley's height and weight?

Don't give this person information for the scouting report for next weeks game! Ha ha jk. :D

Roughly, not right on, but he is around 6'1 and 200 lbs.

Will Cooper have success around the ends against Ryle or will they be more effective between the tackles? Can they pass?

They can pass but they can't catch :D very consistently. I'm not sure where, or if, they will be able to run on Ryle but if you haven't seen Bradley, wait until he gets out in the open a little and see how hard it is to bring him down. He is a very hard runner but is having to make his first move in the backfield way too much.

Based on thier performances against Dixie I'd say Ryle and Conner are pretty close to each other. Combine that with Conner killing Lloyd 64-0 and Cooper loosing to Lloyd and I think it is pretty obvious that it is going to be a long game and a long district schedule for Cooper. I hope I'm wrong and that Cooper is getting better in year 2 but I think 58-0 might be about right.

Opinion taken, and respected, but you honestly can't judge the outcome of a football game based on who has played who and what they did against them. Cooper should have beaten Lloyd by a lot....but that is why you play 4 quarters in football and not 2. Cooper let a very good, disciplined Lloyd team hang around and get back in the game. IMO Cooper is the better team compared to Lloyd, just not last friday night. Not bashing Lloyd, just putting in my opinion. Cooper just has to learn to put teams away when they get a big lead, just comes with improvement.

Two things: 1) Lloyd very good? laugh: 2) Cooper just has to learn to put teams away when they get a big lead, just comes with improvement....sure. a decade from now. Or according to the freshman thread, they already have.lol

Lloyd is a good 2A football team. Should they have played with Cooper, no. But you learn from it and move on.

What you are trying to tell me is that it is going to take 10 years for Cooper to compete in 6A? :idunno:
