I have a question. Are you guys still interested in the Reds or are you only killing time, waiting for HS and college football season? Put me in the killing time category (unless there is a good NCIS re-run or a replay of Shooter) on.

Hoping to see great things from Trevor Nolan this season, along with the rest of the Eagles.

I don't see LSU, Alabama, Auburn, Texas, etc on your list. Big difference from being on scholly at LSU to a walk on at UConn my friend. Either way, wish the Colonels luck. I just don't think they have the talent to compete and I doubt they will find it in KY and history is on my side.

Going to have to call you out on that one. I think I know where you're going, recruiting KY kids is great, when they can play at that level. Unfortunately, the vast majority cannot. Take a look at the roster of some of these OVC schools (Jax State). They have transfers from SEC schools. Your 5'11 LB isn't going to be able to compete at this level, no matter how big his heart is. IMO, recruiting KY kids at this level is a sign that Elder can't recruit the talent he needs to win in the OVC.

We all hope they do, as well. Just not enough talent at this point and that coaching staff is significantly worse than the previous group.

Middle LB

Kyrie for Wiggins would make the internet explode. I wouldn't do it if I were Minny. That team is on the rise with solid young talent.

Seems like aligning by HS is a step in the right direction.

Interesting topic. Saw something similar on Today and found it interesting that the author of the idea was Canadian and they are even more diverse geographically than the US. 80% or more of their population is within 100 miles of the US border. I think in the US there is a desire to be 'heard' and most feel like we're no more than cogs in the wheel.

I see this being a transition year but also know that the coaching staff will do a great job bringing that defense along. A lot of those younger guys got a lot of snaps last season.

You know it drives us crazy when others claim that open enrollment for KC students is the reason our teams at SK are good. Dixie has open enrollment and our GBB team is better than there's. Same for Woodland.

Before yall go crazy making GS the best team ever, keep in mind that this series should be 3-2 heading into game 6 at Cleveland. No way an NBA team as good as Cleveland should have lost game 3 with the lead under 2 minutes.
