Friday Night Funnies: Who wins, Clinton or Trump, why?

Featured Replies

I would probably rather see Trump win but I think Clinton is going to win. Just a gut feeling and my why is because Trump is too abrasive. I know that is his appeal but I also think it is his downfall.

Who else, Trump or Clinton?

I see you reading @Ram

Let's hear it!

Too abrasive? I think Clinton is much more abrasive then Trump. Sure, Trump says things that people don't like, things I don't like, but Clinton is a hate baiter and her actions are much more abrasive then Trump's words. Actions speak louder to me.

Russia

I agree on Putin, I bet he is licking his chops.

Now as to the question!?!?!?

They both have their drawbacks.

I hope Trump wins. I just can't believe a word Hillary says.

Trump says what's on his mind. If Hillary did, she would be saying things way worse than Trump. Is he abrasive, yes. Hillary is dangerous. Cold, calculating, sneaky. Typical politician. She's been in DC for 30 years and thirsts for power. Trump has all the money and power he needs already.

Of the two, it's not even close, Trump all the way.

Fivethirtyeight is usually spot-on with this stuff. Here's where they say the candidates stand with a month to go.

Now, that's just the estimated odds of winning at this snapshot in time. A couple days after the convention, it was 55-45. A week or two ago, it was 80-20. I sense a trend.

I still think the popular vote will be something like 51-44, with maybe 5% going in another direction.

Why?

It sucks!

How about you just spill the beans @mcpapa

I mean, it's not like we have nothing else to do tonight...

No kidding. I'm mopping floors and swabbing the bathroom; as my avatar will be here somewhere around 11. We're going to the Georgetown homecoming game tomorrow.
