Some of the people who vote must not keep up with the games very well. Monroe Co. beat Hart Co. 57 to 6 yet Hart still ranked above them. Not saying Monroe should be ranked higer than what they are just saying Hart should not be ranked at all or at least not above Monroe.

As a Monroe Co. fan have seen him play since Middle School. He is a real good player along with being a fine young man. I am happy that he has offers from UK and UL and wish him success wherever he chooses to play.

Allen lost a lot off last year's team so they have had a rough start to the season but played two outstanding teams in Bowling Green and Boyle. Glasgow so far has not any trouble with some not as strong teams. Look for Glasgow to win the game but think that the score will be closer than some people think.

Think that Glasgow's speed will be too much for Barren to handle Glasgow by 14 or more.

Have not seen either team play this year but as Monroe Co. fan know thra Green will field a good ball team every year. Agree with some other post beating Taylor is not saying alot becaus the are one of the worse programs in the state. Think that the speed of Green's backfield will be the difference and Green will win by 21 or more.

If Glasgow can get a strong defense they will be a contender in 2A. Feel that if either Green Co. or Glasgow can come up with a strong defense they will be team to beat in region and can compete in state.

Feel that if Green can become stronger on defensive side of the ball they could be a strong team. Also if offensive line can become strong unit they will be hard to handle because backfield will be very strong.

Think that Monroe should have a good season again. They lost some fine players but do have some talent returning. Moving to 3A will help in the district as the new district will not be as strong as old 2A district with both Glasgow and Green Co. being top ten teams in 2A. If line play on both sides of the ball improves Monroe will be a factor in the region.

Good win for the Falcons. This is only second win for the school since it bcame Monroe Co. in 1985. The win was a great team effort but thought Tanner Kendall provided the spark to get the Falcons over the top. Congrats for a big win and good luck against Warren Central.

Agree everyone pulls for their team but I enjoy going back and forth with fans of the other team without anyone getting nasty. Happy Thanksgiving all BGP'S and may God bless.

As Monroe Co. fan agree with last few posts No. 50 for Danville is a warrior. As for game Friday night Catholic is a pass first run second team but if you slack off and play all pass they can run the ball also. We were in the district with them for a few years and have no love lost for them. For Danville to win they need to controll the clock and make long drives to keep Catholic's offense off the field with all that being said this Monroe Co. fan will be pulling for a Danville victory Friday.

Congrats to Allen on their win. This Monroe Co. Falcon will be pulling for you the rest of your games. Flashdaddy got it right Boards is a beast. My nephew Tanner Kendall for the Falcons says he is the hardest runner he every played against and we played against some pretty good runners in the last 3 years.

First thing congrats to Danville for a big win. We made too many turnovers against a good Danville team to win the game. Good luck to Danville next week hope you can pull out a win. As for dickbutkus post about #7 he sustained a deep bruise in his shoulder against Fort Knox and was nowhere near 100% last night but this young man is only a Soph so he will have more and better days ahead of him. Monroe team be proud of the way you played and your season will miss watching all the Seniors and good luck to each one of you in the future.

Will be starting out for Danville in just a little while. Have great respect for your team and also respect all opinions on this game. Been nice going back and forth with a few of the Danville fans. Hope for no injuries for either team and may the best team win.

Like Allen Co. in this game for one reason. Green Co. beat Lone Oak. Green had good team but not as good as Allen and with game being played at Allen think they will walk away a winner.

Good articlle. Coach Harp is one of the best coaches in the state and Danville has been one of the best programs in the state for Quite sometime. Monroe has been to state semi-final for our best finish in school history while Danville has won 10 Titles. The only difference is that none of Danville's main players have won a region title game while Monroe has players who have played on last two region champs. I think in close game this will give Monroe the edge if game not close either way it wiil not matter.

Hatz I am not saying all the Danville fans are over confident just seems I have seen some posts that say we will lose by 3 or more TD'S. You are right our team has not played the best on defense all year long but will be ready to play this Friday night. I know Danville has a good team but Monroe is not too bad of a team. Looking forward to what I think will be a good game and may the team that plays best Friday night wins.

Feel that thsi game will be won or lost by Catholic's defense. If they can make some stops on Murray then they will be able to put up some points but if they allow Murray to play ball control then Murray wins the game.

Hatz I know Monroe's defense has been suspect at times this year but Danville gave up 35 points to Washington Co. the same amount Monroe Co. gave up. You cannot compare scores because sometimes one team will match up better than they would with another team. Danville may win this game or they may not I just hope their team is as overconfident as their fans are.

I know Danville has played some real good teams and Monroe has also. Monroe has not been beaten by more than 3 TD'S in any game we have played this year and I know it doesn't matter but they have not been beaten by more than 3 TD'S in any game in the last 3 years. If Danville beats Monroe by more than 3 TD'S they have one mighty fine team.

This stacks as a real good game to watch. Monroe will have to play defense against Danville the way they played against Allen Co. Feel game will be won or lost by the Falcon defense. Think Monroe can put up points against any team in 2A. Know Danville has a real good team so this will be a tough ballgame to win.

Monroe looked real good first 2 quarters. Team seemed to lose some fire in second half. That and not scoring the 3 times we were in the red zone are the only negatives that I saw out of the game. Falcons have not played their best game yet hopefully it will be Friday night against a very good Danville team.

I know Danville is much improved over last year and that they will be fired up for the whipping they took from Green last year. Just feel some how that Greenwill pull out a victory in this game.
