This should be an interesting one. Lone Oak hasn't won a road playoff game in a while.

ACS has got them. They're not the same team they've been, and they're not the same team when they're not at home. They already should have lost to Franklin-Simpson, and it took a screwup by a player that didn't get off the field on a blocked punt to help them win it. This is the Patriots' year.

I'll take ACS but only because my gut feeling says so.

Hope I'm wrong, but I think ACS takes this one.

ACS wins this one. They are very solid this year....

I dont think this one will even stay as close as everyone thinks. ACS by 2 TD's, if not more.

Is ACS that good?

Dont underestimate the Flash..More balanced than they ever have been and won by 3 over a very good Franklin Simpson team despite having 6 turnovers. 3 inside the opponents 10 yd line. They deffinately had a case of butterfingers last friday. If they hold on to the ball i say LO by a field goal. ACS has no kicking game and that will be the difference. IMHO- 38-35 Lone Oak.......

Didn't Franklin-Simpson likewise have 4 turnovers? Turnovers are a two way street. Not to mention that ACS beat that same good Franklin-Simpson team by 21 with their best player Brandon Boards getting ejected on their first series of the game.

I think Franklin-Simpson had five turnovers.

Bottom line ... both teams felt like they could have had the game put away in the fourth quarter if they had taken better care of the football. Especially Lone Oak ... five of their six turnovers were inside the 25.

Even better.

Certainly each team had their fair share of problems that they could point to. And maybe Lone Oak has more of a case. I just think it gives perspective to note it is not like Franklin-Simpson played a flawless game while Lone Oak tripped all over themselves and still won by three. The biggest play of the game wasn't a turnover, it was an illegal participation penalty on a blocked punt to keep Lone Oak alive. They're probably staying home this week otherwise. Personally, I think Allen County-Scottsville got their bad game out of the way, maybe even suffering from a hangover after the bye week. If this were at the Graveyard, I might feel different.

Like Allen Co. in this game for one reason. Green Co. beat Lone Oak. Green had good team but not as good as Allen and with game being played at Allen think they will walk away a winner.

Friday night is a new game for both teams. I'm not sure how much you can take from LO's loss to Green Co. or their turnover problems with F-S. I would concede that ACS is the favorite, but LO could very well pull the upset on the road. The winner should advance to the finals.
