Does Boomer's famous "Whop!" count?

The depth of that class is ridiculous. I didn't realize there were so many stars drafted that year. Overall, it might be better than the '03 class. I just think the '03 class has more of the league's top tier players. There is definitely something to be said for a class with 10 all-stars though.

You've got to wonder though... Leslie said 5 were going pro correct? So far there is already Wall (given), Orton, Dodson, and most likely Bledsoe. With Cousins struggling to decide and PPat nearing in on the records, could one of them be staying? Where's the praying smilie when you need it...

Someone in the College BBall forum mentioned how weak this overall draft class is, and it got me to thinking... What was the best draft class ever? The best one in my memory is '03 I believe. Lebron James Dwyane Wade Carmelo Anthony Chris Bosh Those are who come to mind without looking it up. I know there were several other really good players drafted that year as well. What say you?

Hyprocrisy is my main problem with the haters too. I've always felt you can't take someone seriously who argues in that manner.

The other thread regarding UK fans seems rather one sided, and I should probably point out that I agree with alot of the things being said about the 18%-ers and how obnoxious and downright stubborn they can be. However, the thought came to mind that extreme UK haters can be just as obnoxious and stubborn (Result of Newton's 3rd Law I guess). I'm sure this is something UK fans and non-UK fans can find some agreement on, but I'd just like to see what you all have to say about it. So what is it that irks you most about UK haters? Do you believe the hate is deserved? How much can a person hate a team before it becomes unhealthy? BTW, most of the Duke, UL, UC, UNC, and other general non-UK fans on this board are rather tame in their hatred towards UK, if there's any at all. So this isn't a knock on you guys. BUT, the haters do exist! Unless that's just my 18% paranoia coming out again

I removed the TV from my bedroom so I'm not tempted to watch... Man I'm going to miss this team alot. And I NEVER would have thought at the beginning of the season that my favorite and the one I'll miss the most is Boogie.

To be fair, Sportsfan's post was more an expression of anger about the loss. Not really a complaint about officiating, or anything bad directed towards another team or member on this board. I agree that some Cats fans can be pretty unbearable after most losses, but tonight I think as a whole we've handled the loss fairly graciously. I'll certainly just miss watching this team play, and want to thank them for all the great moments they gave us this year. It's going to take ALOT for a future UK team to beat this one in my mind.

Oh, and great effort by a really good Cornell team. They hung right in there and you've got to respect that. Glad to see that they never gave up when they easily could have. Made for a much more exciting game.

Great half by the Cats... Just glad we were able to pull out the win. Hopefully this is the last time we see a performance like the second half. Really though... I just want to know... Why in the world do refs treat Cousins the way they do? I mean tonight was appalling. How do you not call that intentional/flagrant/whatever that MMA move was? I feel for this guy... He really has matured a GREAT amount since the beginning of the season IMO. Sorry for the little rant, but I've been fuming about it since the no-call. Lets get a full game together Saturday. Looking at the road ahead, I feel we SHOULD make it to the Final Four. I haven't been overly impressed by the teams in our region. But it's March Madness... Anything can happen.

When I was younger I would put M&M's on top of my bologna and cracker Lunchables. Kind of like a pizza with toppings. Now I just love the chocolate-bologna combo. And as several have said, french fries in a frosty or ice cream is the best!
