Not to take anything away from what Travis did at Ryle but Vince Murray was the best player I have ever seen in a Ryle uniform.

I know for a fact you were informed wrong in regards to the Conner coaches being put on the roof of the press box at Ryle. Ryle has a booth for visiting coaches in the press box. It's not real big but it is there. Could have been the Conner coaches chose to go up on the roof but if they did, it was their decession.

The Conner players band and cheerleaders are on the visitors side of the field. What do u want them to do, walk down the track. Football players try to stay off the track the best they can because football cleats are really not good for it. Drop the Hammer all I have for you is a "come on man"

Did anybody else think that was a fumble by Conner's QB that would have been a Ryle TD instead of an incomplete pass? Think it happened in the 3rd quarter. Not sure how an official can call it that way when the ball goes backward. But they did!

The Raiders went up to Columbus and I'm pretty sure left an impression on DeSales team and fans. DeSales has a really nice football stadium and when you walk in you know you are walking into a tradition rich program. Not sure they were expecting to get hit as hard as the Raiders hit them. The first half DeSales moved the ball some but as the game went on the Raiders just were the stronger team. The Raiders looked last night like the team I believe people were expecting to see this year.

Congraulations to the Jags! First district champs now beat one of the regional favorites. Keep it going!

Last night game between Boone and Ryle was everything high basketball is suppose to be. The players played their hearts out, the students from both schools in the crowd were great and the coaching staff of both team conduct themselves well even though as always I'm sure the felt some calls were missed by the refs. It was a great environment to be in.

Maybe it doesn't happen every game but when we played X a few years ago in the playoffs in that press box thats what 60 yards long the only place they had for our coaches was on the roof. Couldnt believe they did not have room for the visiting coaches. If we ever host X at our place their press box coaches should dress warm.

Boones defense shut down the Raiders offense tonight. All and all the Raiders had pretty good season considering all their injuries. They dressed I believe 36 players tonight and pretty sure 7 of them were freshman. Good luck to the Rebels next week.

I like the direction the CC program is heading but think this is the end of the road for this year.

If going 6 and 4, finishing 2nd in the district and hosting a playoff game next week is a down year, oh well. What would you call Dixie's year? I think when you say a program had a down year and still has a winning record it points out the fact they have a pretty solid program.

If it wasn't for all the injuries I think there would be a lot of hype for this game. I know Highlands has a few injuries and over at Ryle injuries have really taken a toll. I believe, tomorrow night, 13 starters will be out. Hopefully, some of these players will be back for the playoffs. As far as the pink out, I know there are lots of Ryle fans that bought pink t-shirts for the game.

Ryle jv played a lot from their freshman team because the jv had to play Friday night due to all the injuries to Ryle's varsity.
