  1. St. X just too deep. Too many swims for them vs Cov Cath. The 400 relay (Cov Cath victory and State Record) showed that man for man, they can compete with St. X, but they just aren't deep enough versus a school the size of St. X.
  2. Didn't realize that Alaska had that high level football! :ohbrother:
  3. I think it could be closer this year than it's been in a while. Cov Cath is deep and entries look pretty even with maybe a slight entry advantage to St. X. Will come down to relays and who can get more folks into the consol heats.
  4. Cov Cath and ND. Cov Cath will be good, but not sure they have the numbers to take down St. X. That being said, they have some very good swimmers.
  5. I was going to say the same thing. That was the hardest surface I ever played on. I think the parkinig lot may have been softer.
  6. Seeing Maile and Raisbeck on the list, can't believe CCHS is recruiting these HHS alum kids. Guess you have to start somewhere.
  7. 1983. Miles was a beast.
  8. Silverlake has a great spectator/stands area. It is really a fantastic facility and we should all thank Richard D., Mark K. and everyone else involved for making this happen. It will benefit the kids greatly to be swimming in this pool to qualify for state.
  9. Correct, Mike Thompson, not Phil. Rained like crazy. Never been so water logged.
  10. Ellen had a great prelim round and her brother Max was equally strong, with two first place qualifying times. I think the Williamson family will have a really strong day tomorrow.
  11. Fast meet. The kids were clearly ready for this today. Many fantastic swims. I didn't see the girls, but the boys were on their game. These kids all work so hard for one weekend and it showed. Go Region 4
