Manuela Sampaio from E-Town is tough in the breaststroke. I'd say she has one of the top 3 seeds. She is signed with UL.

Covington Latin has seven students competing at state this year. The captain of the girl's team (Karah Knotts) is on the cover of the program.

What was the point spread between St. X and CCH last year?

SHA won girls by 200.

St. X just too deep. Too many swims for them vs Cov Cath. The 400 relay (Cov Cath victory and State Record) showed that man for man, they can compete with St. X, but they just aren't deep enough versus a school the size of St. X.
