O trust me, I bleieve NCC would love to go back on the field with Beechwood again too. They would probably beat them worse. You cant take away plays and such from the game and say "if that didnt happen then..." because that is apart of the game. You wouldnt have to "take those plays away" if Beechwood was doing there job. So maybe NCC didnt win the yardage battle, but they won the game and that is all that matters. Beechwood is not a bad team by any means, but look what happends to Beechwood when they play a good team.

Actually the Breds scored...twice on that Drive, first time the Refs made an incorrect and spotted the ball at the 1 yard line, films showed it should have been a touchdown. Second time the refs called a touchdown back for assisitning the runner, yet another weak call! In our book the O-line did their job!!!!!!!

Yes, that was one heck of a game. And one heck of a catch from that kid, nothing better than falling back with defense in your face and making a huge catch, that was key. Although, NCC had key players out that game. I believe after the schedule NCC has faced and the hits that Cov Cath has been taking, NCC would take one away from CCHS big time.

I agree. Even tho St.X has the "tougher" opponent, they will take that game easily. I can't even imagine how the other games will turn out. :eek:

Why can't Beechwood play up ? Highlands does. It is evident they have a cupcake schedule. Why don't they schedule some decent non district games?

NCC 21 Lloyd 14 That is if NCC can show some consistiency this week, they just don't show the killer instinct and put anybody away, it is like they get up by a few and then let off the throttle, they need to put the pedle to the metal, playoffs are just around the corner.

They are lucky that the missed extra point didnt matter this time, it could've cost them though, they need to work on their snaps, thats the reason for the blocked fg and xtra point.

No Idea why they did not take the sure three, they have a very good Kicker in Grosser. Also still can't understand the coaching behind playing Kues on defense when you are up as much as they were in the 4th quarter when he got hurt.

Don't understand the hopla of Highlands playing Beechwood, they are a 1A school! They have a great program but that is quite a reach for Highlands to play them. I mean they are pretty much the same as NCC, and I can't imagine Highlands and NCC playing.

Losing Mark will not be devastating, it will actually give the offense a different look, NC has a few other capable bodies to fill in for Mark, besides the defense will step up big! NCC 35 HC 7

You shouldn't need a rule like that, it is an issue of class and sportmanship. There is a school or two in Northern Kentucky that could learn a lot from NCC's coach. There is absolutly no value in running up the score against a weaker opponent, other than padding the stats.

Not hardly, snapper couldn't get the ball to the holder, this continues to be a problem for their kicking game, this needs to be resoved before they get into a game where it counts. I heard the kicker was drilling them in warmups from 45- 50 yards out.
