The 37th district should be very fun again this season!

They should have some good pitching from last year's freshman and JV teams. But of course not much varsity experience with varsity consisting of mostly seniors.

Ben Fanzen was their 3rd pitcher behind Woodruff and Estes. Coffman didn't have many innings last year. I meant the Camels return their # 2 hitter, Ryan Lauer, and Matt Coffman as their starting Catcher as opposed to part time last season. Estes will be in the outfield, Franzen can play shortstop or outfield. Lauer is the 2nd baseman. Albrecht will be back this year to hopefully play 1st or 3rd. The rest of the team will comprise of the successful JV team and maybe a few sophomores. Broering is also returning lefty pitcher who threw JV as frosh and varsity as soph.

Camels return 3 of top 4 pitchers, also their # 2 hitter and catcher.

Believe Jolly and Albrecht were leading scorers, Nerl will most likely not play against Beechwood with his eye being scratched. Get well soon Pat!

Should Harrison County be up at 4th after losing the ace that carried them? very far though of course!

Brossart and Scott are both 10th region so shouldn't be on roster.

Who knows if Rebholz and or Geiman would've been varsity ready. The big bench man missing that would've been helpful is senior Matt Coffman. Ever since 6th grade he was name of Senior class with Nerl. But no doubt, the starting 5 can compete with absoutely any in NKY! The bench is just a huge question. Geiman looks quick. Smith, Losey, Neises not sure what they can do with all 3. And not sure what Wolf will bring. Joe Franzen is boy who needs to get ready for Varsity level.

This is so awesome! NKY is represented so well! SK had to pull off a strange rainy win vs Campbell just to get 4 seed in district! So proud!

Senior Helmer has been an oustanding P and IF for years in select ball and now at Ryle, that would be a killer loss

I am guessing most kids just assume they know who the team will be, not as many kids try out. CCHS freshman teams have been oustanding recently, now this year there will hardly be enough for a JV team with less and less continuing in basketball

Campbell's starting 5 is going to be one of best in NKY IMO. But there bench is not going to be very deep and foul trouble was an issue for them last year. They have 2 point guards that can come off the bench, and one big man in Wolf. Not sure what else is there if their 2-5 players get in fould trouble.

Bishop was in the secondary to help shut him down

With Conner beating Ryle it is not set. I believe if Campbell beats Simon Kenton they will be the 2 seed. But if they lose to Simon Kenton, SK gets the 4 and Campbell is out.

Losey may be undersized and inexperienced. Smith has supposedly been playing extremely well and on his way to leading the Camels from point guard position. Camels have great size and scoring can come from all over. Look for Nerl and Jolly to tear up scoring charts

It is "Home-field advantage". The announcer is always sure to give credit where due to the opposing team! Any fan should love to have and enjoy him at their stadium

Pugh is supposed to be a stud. Eshman is a 2nd year starting QB as Jr. at Campbell

Campbell County has a very nice area up on the hill.

The 2 CC's also face off in Opening round! Cov Cath and Campbell County, at Campbell County next Saturday. The tournament should be seeded for sure!

Not sure on names. The starter was a RHP, # 10 I believe. The reliever was a LHP # 22
