Bourbon has looked like the best team in the region. Campbell County the worst. From the games I have seen, all teams look pretty weak outside of Bourbon.

Not so fast "jumpy". I'll declair the winners in this thread. But I must admit, you are going to be tough to beat. If the firetruck was at the scene of the lightning strike to put the fire out on your head, game over.

I've been to two Dixie games and they definitely look solid. Conner I have seen once, and was completely unimpressed. Although camp co is 3-5, they were one of Dixie's opponents I watched. They did not look that far off Dixie. But they are way away from deserving a first place vote. Beechwood is the most impressive to me.

Mine: While riding my vintage 1964 Huffy Corvair through the streets of Petersburg, a wild turkey flew out of nowhere and struck me in the temple. Why he did it, I don't know. I have never done anything that could even remotely be considered hostile to a turkey. Well.....except on Thanksgiving.

Baloo, Bagheera, Shere Kahn, Mowgli - all the characters from one of the best movies ever made. Watched it a million times when 1Runner was a kid.

Dave's parents are two of the finest people you will ever meet. Side note: they were unaware of many of the caring/giving things that Dave had done throughout his life until his passing. Dave was not the type to discuss or acknowledge his own kindness and/or thoughtfulness. I also never knew the depths of Dave's compassion for others. Sounds cliché - but he has inspired me to be a better person in his memory.

I've been told I look like Lyle Lovett - but with a bigger nose and worse hair. Is that bad??

I had no doubt that you were the "I told you so" type. Thanks for making me right. Great game by Scott County and better game by Gilbert. He is incredible. Scott County deserved the win. They were the better team tonight!!!

I didn't say nobody else could win it. It would just surprise me if Trinity didn't based on their collective performances to date. Of course anybody can be beat....it's possible but not probable.

I agree emphatically with "hell no". This is an awesome event the way it is. Great memories are created when a small school or an underdog does well. Remember Elliot County? What a great story and one my kids will remember forever.

I think structural engineers need to be called in after each game to verify the structural integrity of the stands after CovCath plays. Impressive student section!!!
