Good ball players, not close to as threatening as Farris and Maile. Those two are known more for their pitching IMO.

Jake Nordman, as a matter of fact, isn't actually on the roster. He's a score-keeper who I hear is loved by everybody in the organization. Rumor is Rick Kramer is the 1st string scorekeeper though. He needs to step his game up to get some quality playing time. Back to Maile.....He would more than likely, if given an offer he would like, go in a heartbeat to LSU. Not counting UK out of the question (or any other of the 53,884 school looking at him), but LSU would be his first choice.

Didn't see the game but it sounds like Scott was hitting the ball pretty well today. . Only getting out hit 11 to 7 it looks like. Although giving the Colonels about 13 free base runners probably didn't help. . .

Yea I'm sure most of the Colonels would like to forget about that Conner game. They were very disappointed after that loss.

He went 1 for 4, but his outs were very hard hit balls that just happened to be hit where the defense was standing. None of those 3 outs were easy.

Have you seen LaFever play the outfield? The kid has an unbelievable arm and can track the ball down as good as any I've seen. Glad to see Krumps giving him the opportunity.

Nick George should make a huge impact in the 9th region. He, IMO, was Cov Cath's top dog last year.

With the loss of TJ Terlau, the colonels have a HUGE spot to fill in the backfield. Who knows who can fill this gaping hole.
