Yes.

If rain is predicted, it must be the Doc weeknd tourney. Nasty weather always seems to rule. Here's hoping for sunshine and the sound of ball hitting wood.

Winners advance to play at 1:00PM at Dixie and Cov Cath. Championship game will be at 5:00PM at Champion Windows Field.

NewCath beats Ludlow 6-1 and Amelia 6-0 to advance to the semifinals.

Sophomore Shaun Meyer pitches a two hitter in the opener and senior Matt Ritter throws a complete game shutout in game 2.

I doubt very much if you see the NCC or even CovCath Aces as NCC plays Bishop Brossart on Monday at St. Mary's in the ALL "A" Classic Baseball Sectional, and CovCath plays Cov Holy Cross at CovCath in a 35th District Seeding game Tuesday. Both games are of much more importance, at least IMO, than winning the Doc Morris.

 

 

Then again, I could be wrong!

Who is left and where do they play ? Championship game at 5 at Freedom right ?

and from what I have read on BGP's

 

Cin McNick vs Boone County at 1pm at Dixie.

 

The winners then play at Champion Window Field, Home of the Florence Freedom, at 5pm today (Sunday).
