This is a tough one...have to take Corbin by 5...no SL by 5 ok corbin by 3....I think. Going to be a great game I'm sure.

From an official calling in the region and Mr. Canady. The original plan was for a three way switch but like I said no one wanted the 14th. Next year there will be a 5 way switch with the 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th and 16th...thats the plan for now. :flame:

13th region is trading with the 15th not the 14th. The 14th is staying in region because no one would switch with them.

I think HDE and Les should make their picks for the regional and post it. The one with the best picks for each game has to buy the other guy a tank of gas.

One I had never heard before...."he didn't do anything, why is that a foul?" The guy next to the lady says "It wasn't a foul it was a 5 sec call" She says "what makes that 5 sec?" and the ref turns around to the guy and says go got her some more popcorn...

:thumb: Well said!!! Only thing I would add or ask is that if an official is worried about the foul count and tries to even it up by making up fouls on a team....wouldn't that be biased or cheating.:thumb:

I heard a mother yell the other night to watch number 10, "she is pushing all the time" and there wasn't anumber 10 for either team. She did this for 5 min of the quarter. Also heard a guy yell call it the same on both ends and his team didn't have a foul on the board...3-0

This is the point I think, its not always what you say but how you say it. If you wouldn't have used his name, and I agree he is bad and a hot head, he probably wouldn't have sent you packing. If you know him by name then you know what he would do and he has his head in the stands more than any of them. By the way I'm on your side, just understand that there are some refs that are looking for someone to throw out. As for the last comment about earning your exit, don't do it and don't look for the chance to do it...this is the point about this post, it may have not been the best reason for asking you to leave but he did. Next time just take your pictures and BS with the guy during a time out, his wife might have left him that day and he was in a bad mood. Give the Z's a break and I promise that most of them are good guys....OK a few are good guys...lol:D

Best way to remember this is that they are done in the order that they happened. If team A is fouled before the "T" then team A gets two shots and then team B gets two shots and the ball.

Depends who and what you are. If your a fan just deal with it, cause you don't have a voice. If your a coach you can go thru you AD or direct to the KHSAA with your AD approval. If your a player start with your coach and take it thu you chain of command. If your another official just quit cause you must not be in the right group...lol, that was a joke, kind of. Must be in the 13th, 14th, or 15th, if I was gussing the 13th.:walk:

Promise me this is not 100% true? Bubba, hear Estep is not calling next year as well as a few others. Don't know who would know the top 12 other than Canady. If all this is true don't blame some of the guys not calling any more. This just shows that the system needs to be changed because the real refs aren't getting what they deserve, really hope that this is a joke. Glen is good but there is know way he should be number one after not calling for 4 or 5 years. I just don't know how guys that call on the upper levels, college, are not at the top, they are in all the other regions why not the 13th. To much political BS I think. Glad they are leaving the region cause this list wouldn't be the best for the 13th, sorry 15th region. By the way I would put money on this list that not one will go to the boys state,(other than Ashurst) if so the KHSAA is doing a injustice to the sweet 16!!! :laugh:

I don't think they would JB is a great coach and a good guy. I think it will be 3-4 years before everything cycles thru. I just think there will be a lot of ego trips with some kids. Hope this isn't the case because those kids deserve to do well just like every school does. I just hope it all works out for the kids, cause they are the ones that count.:thumb:

Not close to the program, just thought there was an opening for the job. Talked to someone from the school and they had mentioned there was an opening. May just be for an assistant and not the head coach. Fill me in, I may need a job.:ylsuper:
