How does it benefit EKU financially? Aramark runs their food, I'm sure didn't get all of the gate sales, parking was a nightmare, and all their teams had to work around the All A. Not much good came from it for EKU. The city of Richmond loved it though.

Great game. Model led basically the whole way. I heard Model was missing two starters and LCA was missing one.

When you get tossed from a game you are fined. But it's nothing serious.

That's fine if that's their greatest basketball memory. But if that is their lifelong dream then they need to set their goals a little higher, IMO.

No, that's not how this works. I played HS basketball in Kentucky and I could have cared less whether I played in Rupp Arena or not.

These were nonscholastic because they were being run by Bleid Sports. If they were being run by the KHSAA there would be no issue.

Why are the finals at 10am?

Not sure then. When it was held in Ashland a few years ago they did everything they could to make sure the Ashland post played the latest possible game.

When I played American Legion the state tournament made it so the "home" team always played one of the later games. Considering they lost, they probably had to rearrange the schedule a bit to make that happen.

How is that working with Paul having two teams this summer? Did he combine them for the tournaments?

That's the DI school. He was talking about the JUCO in Tennessee.

Can somebody post the roster's for both teams? Who coaches the second of the 18u team?

That's not how Super Regionals work...

44-15. The number of free throws taken by each team that is. I wasn't at the game so I can't really comment but that's a huge difference.

I'm pretty sure Model has never went into a season 'expecting' to win anything.

I'm fully aware of how many boys are in the high school. I'm a Model graduate. 9 of their wins came against teams with a combined 22 wins. Not exactly a good number

You should go check out the schedule they played to get that record.
