NCC will be very deep now that football is over. Should be able to play 9.

Good game through 3 qts. Boone too big for Breds without football players. They will be back for Friday's game with Highlands. Sophomore center for Boone has a nice touch around the basket and short range jump shot. Boone is also very deep. Newcath was only 6 deep, really showed in 4th quarter.

Dixie 38-31 over Newcath. Dixie has 3 guards that can really handle the ball and are well coached. NCC still turns the ball over too much.

Obviously you've never seen Trinity or X play.

Newcath beat a pretty good Conner team 44-40, aafter trailing by 14 at half.

Don't know, but paper said NCC record is 11.

Michael Lipscumb averaged about 11 or 12 last year, NCC will also start a soph. and 3 Juniors tonight that didn't see much varsity time last year but are pretty good players.

Dustin Giesler 6'5" will start after football and probably Burk Beiting 6"3" both seniors. Junior Steffen Roll 6"3" will also get some playing time.

He played Freshman yesterday 12/1 vs. Newcath.

Is there an incomming transfer comming I don't know about, or are you referring to the football players. Jake Cain is the only one I know for sure is comming out after football.

#25 a very quick blond-haired boy was all over Newcath's guards, they couldn't even get their offence started. CCH thru in all kinds of shots in second half.

That's not true, there may be a freshman or two that are playing varsity football that might play basketball but no Freshman is up playing JV basketball yet.

A 4 point game at half turned into a 20 point win for CCH over baby Breds. CCH with too much depth.

I agree, maybe fake a handoff and throw the ball would even be a nice change. You can only run your QB so many times, especially when he's only 150lbs or so.Good thing Robbie's a tough kid and is doing a great job.

Tabor will certainly play alot, she played in front of seniors last year.

Good win Breds! Only team I've ever seen that can be so bad and so good in the same game. Outstanding second half, maybe the best all year. Terrible first half, I know the worst all year.

We better change things, there's too many teams from Lexington and Louisville winning State Championships in Basketball. Most are public schools.
