NCC plays 7 guys and dresses only eight, but it's enough to whip the Indians.

Jeramie Conner lights it up with 10 three pointers and 33 points.

NCC just wanted this game more, they played with a lot of heart, grit & passion. None of Conner's threes were contested! How can a guy hit so many threes and not have a man in his face all over him?

NCC hit 12 threes to HC's one. HC was 4/17 from the free throw line in the second half and 10/24 for the game.

Good ole' fashion butt whippin' by NCC's players and coaches!

I think it had something do with the scouting from Saturday night. :D

Ironlung you must be corrected! I saw 6 different players coming at CONNOR the ball handling by Pangallo and Lipscomb opened it up. HC put Giwa, Sorrel, and several others on Connor but had to leave him to stop Pangallo! NCC is for real scoring 74 without Geisler and Beiting!!!!!

Didn't see the game, but can pretty well guess that if one player not named Reddick, Korver, Jordan, Bird, etc. hit 10 3's in one HS game; little serious "D" was being played?? Congrats to NCC, as this one surprises me; especially with the footballers still out. They should now be considered the favorite for the 9th region "A" crown.

Wow, this kid Conner didnt even blip the radar when I asked on an earlier thread who the players for NCC were going to be. Is this game an aberration for him or is this just a sample of whats to come.

I will bet that the Pangallo/Giwa matchup was fierce and it sounds like Pangallo won this matchup. How many assists did he have, anyone have stats?

Is the Conner kid the grandson of Jim Conner?? If so, it is a good thing he doesn't shoot like his dad:lol::lol:

Quality win for NCC

In the original NCC thread I told you about Jeremy Connor (that is or not er). He is a pure shooter and is Jim Connor's grandson. Obviously he will not have that kind of performance every night but he can shoot. And he does shoot much better than his father ever shot about shooting!!!!!!!!!!:D:D

Ok, maybe I forgot about Conner. So this is TErry Conner's boy? This is still an impressive win for the Breds. Was it played up on the hill on the slick floor?

What must I be corrected on? You stated that all the HC defenders guarding Connor HAD TO LEAVE him to stop Pangallo. Isn't that exactly what I said! None of his threes were contested.

After about his third three, I think I'd assign someone to cover him up and never leave his sight, make the other four guys beat you.

The Breds were led by Jeramie Connor's 33pts on 10 3's. Michael Lipscomb chipped in 14pts, Shaun Meyer had 12pts and Grant Pangallo had 10assists.

What is the record for most 3's in Nky?

Don't know, but paper said NCC record is 11.

I think the NCC record is 11 or 12 threes when Dawn dropped 55 on Beechwood in the All-A.

and Grant Pangallo had 10assists.

When a kid is hitting 10 3s, I'd assume someone had a lot of assists.
