Is FC QB back? I have heard stories of getting kicked out of school? Either way I think last year Meade was a much better team than FC but loosing many starters may put them in the deep end. I say FC in a very sloppy game. 31-24

Lack of a QB will put tons of pressure on JG to perform higher. He's is talented enough to do it. Only time will tell though.

I say Whiting is the front runner for Mr. Football... #1 recruit in the state and #50 something in the nation. The kid can play ball. And then if not him I stay with a combination of the big three Male, X, and Trinity. Whose ever running back gets more plays and more touches may be able to take over Whiting.

Sorry to here about the Highlands running back. From what I saw he was a very good player. Would of been nice to see him and Green go back in forth in offensive series. I must say Male did a good job and has improved much from last years team. But as far as the offensive line improving I don't much agree with that. One returning starter on the line and loosing three all district seniors. I would say last year had the edge. Green is getting better as a back and he is making his young but talented line look good.

I know first hand that Redman does treat his scrimmages like games. After the highlands womping last year, made the players sit in silence on the two hour road trip home. He takes them serious (at least vs Highlands).

Hats off to Meade Co. They simply wanted it more than the Male kids last night. #30 came down with so many passes I lost count. Male fell into a stump and never seem to come out of it. They were down after halftime and never got back up. But the rumors about Redman I don't think he is going anywhere anytime soon guys. Good Luck Meade Co.

The only reason i said does it really matter is because either way Male must face either St.X or Manual and they both beat the snot out of them. Hopefully if male wins they will come together and put a few good games together.

Well dang no love for the bulldawgs? Well if i had to guess i would say Male vs X and Trinity vs Ryle for the Final4

I guess being a Male fan for me its the lesser of two evils... Manual put on a show against us, and St.X embarrassed us. But for the record I'm going to say St.X by 7.

Zoeller from X is a great QB. He is sharing running time with Duece and is still putting up great numbers. I think Zoeller is definitely deserving of Mr. Football even though his numbers aren't outstanding. BTW this is coming from a Male fan so no biased opinion here.

I personally think that it would be nearly impossible to keep up with lineman stats. Especially at the smaller schools. Now I could see naming a school with the O-Line of the week. By allowing no sacks getting so many yards on the ground. That could be accomplished but as far as individual I think that would require too much research.

Male really didn't look sharp until the Southern Defense started to slack off a little. Minus a few quick scores by Male, the game for about 20 minutes was a stalemate.

E-town lost there work horse of a running back in the first quarter to a broken foot. (The latest I heard) And then they had to fight for every yard against Moore. They'll have to find a replacement for there style of offense. But it was a really close game. It wasn't played very well most of the touchdowns came off of total mistakes by the defense and gave up big yards. Good luck E-town and get healthy. Good job Moore for representing the Jefferson Co.

The coaches are good, but I saw a great Central team loose to a great Manual team because of some bad decisions in the fourth quarter. The coach quoted in the CJ saying it was his fault and that his boys should of won. And I noticed against Male the coaches were putting the players down. It's high school ball not the pros. You could tell the Central team needed a little bit of discipline, and it wasn't the players that needed it. Like I said Central is good but put them in a tough game and look to the coaches to fall first not the players.
