February 29, 201214 yr Raise your hand if you watched "The Monkees." My family and I will still do the "Monkees step" when we're all walking together. We're a simple bunch, really. If you're not familiar with it go the 4 second mark. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9daWKeyB8KM

February 29, 201214 yr I LOVED the Monkees, especially Davy Jones. Two summers ago, we went to the Happy Together Tour at Riverbend. Mickey was there representing the Monkees. There were also a couple of guys from the Grass Roots and the Turtles. Kinda sad. I couldn't figure out why everyone there was so old and I was still so young.......
February 29, 201214 yr Hand raised. I was in love with Micky Dolenz. Garry Marshall's first choice to play one Arthur Fonzarelli. Alas, they decided he was too tall.
February 29, 201214 yr What is so weird to me is that I was just listening to some of the Monkey's music on youtube yesterday. May he RIP.
