February 17, 201214 yr Sounds like we're pretty similar with numbers...I break everything down into percentages and easily multiplied factors. Keeping baseball stats taught me base fractions and what the corresponding percentage was. For example, 6/16 is 3/8. I know that 3/8 is .375. That then makes it easy to take any combo close to 3/8 and tell you what the percentage is. Not as hard as people make it out to be.
February 17, 201214 yr Darn good at the hambone. Here's an example: Although I just hambone without any songs. RomanEmpire is better than I am.

The amount of money I'd pay to watch you do this is incredible. Honestly, I've never even heard of this until right now. Did someone in your family do this? Or did you just pick it up yourself?
February 17, 201214 yr I'm a very good Euchre player. I really enjoy playing. Not sure how good I am. I got euchred on a loner one time.

Or did you just pick it up yourself? My dad and RomanEmpire's dad grew up in Covington and they learned it from someone and they passed it on.
February 17, 201214 yr Oh, I'm also a First-Team All-American procrastinator. I'm on that team as well.
February 17, 201214 yr I'm excellent at math as some others are. In high school, I got a 27 on math on my act, and I forgot my calculator. When I detested I got a 32. The best part is my total act average was 23 LOL. That tells you I suck at life besides math Haha.

February 17, 201214 yr I believe I got a 31 or 32 on Math on it....Of course my younger brother had to go and make me look bad and get a perfect score on 3 of the 4 sections including Math.

February 17, 201214 yr Useless trivia. Trivial Pursuit, Jeopardy, etc. Spelling, grammar, composition, proofreading. Somehow raising good, smart kids. Son beat me on the ACT (his 32 to my 30, but it took a perfect 36 on the English for him to do it. And in my defense, I probably had a hangover). However, daughter's GPA of 3.94 is better than his was. Even better, they're both good solid citizens, which is ultimately more important to me than test scores and grades. Basic mathematics. I was a tutor for statistics and experimental psychology back in the day at Morehead. Reading quickly.
February 17, 201214 yr Numbers have always made sense to me, especially percentages. I'm also really good at thinking in three-dimensional terms, which applies well to my major. I have great hand-eye coordination and reflexes. I hone these skills by snatching flies out of the air with my thumb and pointer finger, or snagging beer pong balls as they bounce off of cups. I very very rarely lose at Rock-Paper-Scissors. No clue why. I'm just good at it, if that skill actually exists. It keeps me from having to do a lot of things I don't want to do though.
