I should have worded it better. The fans care more about the end result more than the players IMO. They care but it obviously wasn't bothering him to much. I know if I lost the Super Bowl I most likely wouldn't want to go party.

Everybody handles things differently. I know for me after a bad day or say a big disappointment such as a that. I would want to try to do something to get my mind off of thinking about that, or else I would be sitting there thinking about it all night long. It wouldn't mean it bothers me less than others, but just I want to do something to try not to think about it. So I just think it depends on how a person handles situation, or maybe it didn't bother him as much who knows.

What kid has a birthday party at midnight on Super Bowl Sunday? :D

 I said hypothetically...

Enough about the ankle. There's little doubt that he received a painkilling injection before, and possibly during, the game. Add alcohol to it and he could've been dancing with a gunshot wound and we wouldn't know.

With the amount of stress and pressure that's on these guys, don't blame them.

It's usually how I roll after a loss.

NFL quality painkilling medicine + alcohol=no pain.

And like I mentioned....Matt Light was there shirtless also. Gronk had company from his team. He wasn't alone.

Fair enough but shouldn't people stop whining that he wasn't 100% during the game? Obviously he wasn't hurting too bad...

I haven't heard anyone whining that he wasn't 100% but it was obvious he wasn't 100%. Jumping up and down on stage while drunk and running routes/blocking against NFL players are two entirely different things.

I bet players from the other 31 teams partied to some degree after the grind of an NFL season came to a close for them in whatever manner it closed.

Your kidding me right? So now playing in an NFL game is the same as partying? Anyone who has watched him play this season could tell the min you saw him on the field he wasn't 100%. That doesn't mean he was crippled but to use a video of him dancing after obviously having a few drinks is far from evidence that he was 100% during the game.

Saw interview with Eli and said he had about 15 high school buddies at the game and they hooked up that night and stayed up late talkin about the "old days". I thought that was very cool.

Now that there is a headline.

Take a deep breath and relax.

He wasn't just dancing. He was jumping around like an idiot and appeared to be in no pain at all.

I'm not saying he wasn't bothered by it...but if it was too bad he wouldn't have played, or jumped around like an idiot afterwards. And I still think people need to quit whining about him being hurt.

If I lost the Super Bowl, I'd probably go out and get wasted as well. I don't blame him.

A more important observation. Does he always dance that bad? He looks stupid
