I had to look this one up.

 

Totally fascinating guy. Exiled after the Habsburgs were thrown out of Austria following WWI and nonetheless became one of the leaders of the Austrian anti-Nazi resistance. If Hitler sentences you to death in abstentia, you know you're doing something right. Early proponent of the movement that would become the European Union, partly due to his deep distrust of nationalism and for the same reason declined to become the King of Spain when Franco offered him the crown. Later elected to the European Parliament while living in German Bavaria.
