I'm thinking Roosevelt may be on my final list, torn between him and Muir.

 

Had this conversation last night over some beer with friends. Roosevelt and Muir were popular choices. Mike Rowe was an interesting one that was tossed into the mix.

 

I think I might also substitute Black Jack Pershing instead of Hemingway/Thompson on my list. I might think about Patton too.
