To answer the question of the thread-No. However, a program such as the one described could be very beneficial to that particular community. It could also be very divisive. I'd like to know more about what was taught and how it was presented.

Yeah let's waste money on teaching Mexicans on how their parents and ancestors snuck across the border illegally and send money made back to Mexico instead of putting it back into the economy here and might as well tell them to not speak English since it may be unconstitutional, maybe we can teach them how illegals can sneak into America and have a baby here and get more benefits than a taxpayer or how to go to a hospital and not pay so tax payers will foot the bill and raise our rates

My dad is a veteran too and hear him quite often talking about why US is in such shape because of trying to get away from core principles and bowing down to political pressure and allowing for illegals and those who do not care for America, just the free stuff they get for being here like welfare and free healthcare
