Thanks for sharing, and it was a nice read. But what does the Bible say about Homosexual behavier? We cannot just pick and choose the verses we like and don't like. God does love everyone and wants to united with them when they pass on. But its a Sin and Sin and God does not mix. They must ask for forgiveness and repent from these acts. Now, don't get mad at me, I can show you the verses if you want. God doesn't change, man does.

Oh, show me where I picked verses I liked and don't like? There are verses that are hard when say a person who is gay and wants to go the heaven and will not be allowed to with out repenting. So a gay person might not want to believe in that, so they will Pick and choose the ones to avoid. Most Sinners will do that, over eating/drinking/cheating on the spouses/not praying/going to worship every sunday/ etc. They want to be OK with the verses that fits them.

I'm not sure where I stand on this. I've grown up always believing it was, however I also am firmly of the belief that one does not choose to be a homosexual, that it is a genetic makeup. If that's the case, I have an extremely difficult time thinking God would intentionally create people genetically disposed to sinning. :idunno:

IMO a person is not born gay, they choose the lifestyle. And it is against the Bible.

 

Then the belief is if people feel gays are born that way, then they must not believe in God, because why else would God create a gay person knowing it is a sin. Unles God wants to see if the person can change and become ungay.

 

I have friends/family who are gay, only difference in us is lifestyle. But I still believe it is a sin and that the person must change before they can be saved. But that is my opinion.

I agree, but I'm saying I have a difficult time believing that God would create someone who's entire life was a sin. Hence, I don't know if I feel being homosexual is a sin or not. It's a tough one for me.
