What a game!

For a bunch of games that were supposed to be terrible, we've sure had some good ones so far with some surprising results!

Good ball game congrats to Central.

Pirates leave it all on the field and refuse to quit... Central comes up with the big plays when they needed it the most with a perfect 35 yard TD pass in the back corner of the endzone, a critical INT, and a key sack.

Wales only played the first possession before leaving with a shoulder injury. Very hard hitting game between two excellent defensive teams and an amazing sight of sportsmanship at the end of the game as the teams gather together for the post game prayer.

Congrats to the Yellowjackets as they remain the King of 3A for another year. Belfry has nothing at all to hang their heads about.

Congrats!

As the saying goes, that's why they play the games. Injuries happen, and suddenly things get a lot more tight. Had Belfry held on, I doubt they'd have cared what Wales' status was. I'm sure it doesn't matter to Hazard all that much that Mayfield was banged up.

And you could say Jackson playing with a torn meniscus had a similar impact on the Hazard game.

Great game. Hard to watch both the Belfry/Central game and the UK game at the same time.

This was the winning touchdown!

Great pic Guru!

Anyone that sees the highlight will see the pass had a very narrow window in order to be completed. The Pirate defender had very good coverage but it literally was thrown perfect and Bolden made an outstanding catch to secure it and get his foot down. Simply a beautiful play, and a play a Champion makes.

Congrats Yellow Jackets... I'm sure the #1 cheerleader was Mr. Wales! Louisville is proud of you!

Congrats Central on a great win. Belfry, my hat goes off to u for a fine season and a great effort today. Nothing to hang your head on.

Congrats to Central....4 in 5 years, right?
