I am super excited about the win. Was listening to it on the radio on the way back from Nashville and just about ran off the road on more than one occasion. That said, if a win over a terrible terrible UT team buys Joker another year then he was never in danger of being fired .

If he doesn't that will mean that the head coaches of both of UK's SEC wins will have fired their coaches after losing to UK.

 

I went and it was a great scene after the game, even if it is odd to rush the field after a win against a 5-7 team. I didn't really feel like getting up and going after Somerset's loss in the playoffs last night but I'm glad I did.

I took my 5 year old son to his first game ever today. I started going w my dad+uncle when I was five. I told him he's the secret weapon!

UK has looked better the last two weeks, however I don't like their chances long term with Joker still. They beat a very bad Tennessee team today.

 

Hard to get to excited about it even after 20+ years.

I am glad the streak is over. Sorry my boy missed it his senior season, but it was nice to have him home. That being said, one of the worst games I've ever watched. It's a shame someone had to win this game. And I missed most of the Michigan/Ohio State game for it.

The Vols did throttle Cincinnati this year, who may end up in a BCS game, that should be enough to settle down the UT fans....

Just another reason the Big East has no business with a automatic qualifier to a BCS bowl.
