Seems that most of the Christian posters in this thread are against spoken prayers in public schools etc. But it's OK for Muslims to have school prayers... Our founding fathers were not really Christian because they owned slaves.. But abortion is OK because it's the law...

I am pretty sure our history with the native Americans are a little after our founding fathers created the constitution that is the frame work of our country. As for slavery, it has been around since the days Jesus walked on this earth and at times was caused by Gods hands for his chisen people mostly because they forgot about him. There is no such this as evil................evil is just the word we use to describe the absence of God!

Yes, some or even most of our family fathers had slaves and my reference was to God delivering his chosen people into slavery so it may not necessarily be a Christian thing to do it doesn't mean they didn't believe in God. I am saved by the blood of Jesus Christ and I believe in God ad read the Bible but that doesn't mean all of my actions and thoughts are Christian like after all I am human just like our founding fathers!

You dont deserve rights because IMO you are one sided as you are the only one correct. Everyones rights should be what you think. If you think prayer outloud is bad then why punish those who feel it is OK. Just because you dont believe. Yes. In both. Got my first Greek/Hebrew Bible almost 12 years ago.

Please explain to me the warped logic you used to get from the Bell Co football coach getting beaten up to having any relation to them getting rid of the public prayer. That is a huge leap, but one I should have expected from you.

That's the most insane logic I've ever heard. If it were a player getting injured, I could maybe, maybe say you have some shred of a point, but because some idiot jumped the coach after the game, to blame that on the absence of prayer is just absurd.
