After the Ryle scrimmage I like the Colonels.

 

I'll second that.

I'd love to see the Camels and Coach Lickert pull it off, but I don't see them being near that ready yet. It will take some time, but I could see the future being bright for Campbell in the future if Lickert is part of it. After hearing how Cov Cath beat Ryle in the scrimmage last week, I believe that the Camels are going to have a lot of work cut out for them.

I know a Kevin Connor. Same guy?

Oh wow, spelling police in full force. Nope, different guy. It should have been "Kevin Connors", anchor on ESPN Sportscenter. He's moonlighting.

They've just recently broke ground and from my understanding should be complete for next season.

 

Unless they have no rain and snow and can work everyday for the next year the stadium will not be ready until the 2013 season. They are saying 18 months for the stadium to be complete.

Looking forward to the opening of football season. Should be an exciting night in Alexandria.

 

The Colonels seem to be back on track and will probably be too much for the Camels, but not having a dog in the fight, enjoying an early season game is more important than who wins or who loses. Looking forward to it.
