Who wins this game?

After the Ryle scrimmage I like the Colonels.

With a new head coach (albeit a seasoned head coach) and a new quarterback on the first game of the season, I can't see Campbell County pulling this one out against Cov Cath. Cov Cath historically puts out a shakey performance during the first week, but I think in all likelihood they will be coming in with a pretty good amount of confidence after the Ryle scrimmage - and on the back of Blake Bir and a well developed offensive line.

 

This game is decided, as most of the games this season will be, by the Colonel defense. Cov Cath wins this one by at least two touchdowns.

I heard good things about both schools and this weeks past scrimmages, however Campbell played Grant and Cov Cath played Ryle. I am going with Cov. Cath. On this one.

Im sure the camels will come out ready to play! With that said its Coach Lickerts first year at the helm and and he will have his team ready, if CovCath comes in thinking its an easy win they will be in for a surprise. Im pulling for the Camels in this one and hoping they start the season off with a win! Does anyone know if this game will be played at the new facility or the Camels middle school?

The new Camels' facility is nothing more than a pile of dirt right now.

First game of the season--will be close in first half, but Colonels usually come on strong in the second. Agree with C_W_B--much depends on Colonel defense.

I believe the Camels have some hurdles to get over. However, I like them this Friday.

They've just recently broke ground and from my understanding should be complete for next season.
