July 30, 201115 yr Walking Miggie was a very smart move for several reasons. That setup a double play. It took the bat out of Miggie's hands who can do a lot of things and it put the pressure on both the rookie and the "toothpick". Chicken Dusty wouldn't squeeze with the rookie.
