I know that likely someone else will step in the leadership void that bin Laden leaves, so that it is too much to hope for an end to what he stands for, but it is a relief to finally have found him and brought him to final justice.

 

Additionally, I hope that this will be celebrated as a non-partisan victory.

CBS is reporting that he was shot in the head by a predator drone.

I hope he saw it coming, just like the poor victims in the towers that jumped to avoid burning to death. I hope Osama had to sit there and look down the barrel of a CIA operative and know his death was upon him and nothing he could do would stop it.

 

Reading the post just above me I guess he didn't see it coming, but it would have been sweet justice.

While I wasn't 100% serious CBS has spent the last 20 minutes repeating the same thing over and over again. And let there be no mistake no one is happier then I that Bin Laden is going to meet his 70 virgins.

This is AWESOME! A huge crowd has gathered in front of the Whitehouse, singing the National Anthem, lol.

Send a note to any person you know that put his/her life on the line and went to foreign soil. I just sent a note to a high school classmate.
