May 2, 201115 yr Definitely one of those Bosh Spice type performances yesterday. The final block which put him on his back was fitting. Yep and thats the one I was talking about. When Bosh was getting up the expression on his face said it all. I'm hoping that lights a fire under him because he should be able to go at KG, but yesterday Garnett got the best of him the same way he has been getting the best of him for a while now.
May 2, 201115 yr Pierce lost his cool. It was funny to see the Celtics being the ones who got intimidated and lost their heads. Heat straight up called them out on being tough guys.
May 2, 201115 yr I think the Celtics will win game 2 and then win all the games in Boston to take the series. Everyone but Ray Allen was pitiful for them yesterday and Jones/DWade was keep having games like that against them.

For some reason I think Pierce continues to struggle. He was awful against Cleveland last year, its like he just sulks vs. LeBron since that series when he dominated the Cavs a few years ago. I'll take the Heat 6.

I believe he expends all energy guarding LeBron. Pierce is no spring chicken.

May 3, 201115 yr Missed the Paul Pierce discussion so I'll add my two cents now..... He is the biggest drama queen in the history of the NBA. I am surprised he and Bosh Spice aren't closer. He is old and done and he hasn't been the go to guy he is expected to be since 2007-08. He can no longer carry the Celtics. You all know it. I know it. Paul Pierce knows it. Boston has spent the last 3 years running that mouth and Sunday the Heat gave it back verbally and physically and Doc Rivers and Boston was crying after the game because they couldn't handle it. This ain't the WNBA. Bunch of little girls in green is all I see.
May 3, 201115 yr It was a strange game. I really hate watching the Hawks play. I hate watching the Hawks and Bulls play honestly. I hate watching everyone except the Lakers, Thunder, Celtics and Heat for real and absolutely cannot stand OKC and Boston. Go figure.
May 3, 201115 yr Great defense by Dallas on that sequence. Forced a Kobe turnover after he has torched them them the whole second half. Kobe and Dirk are putting on a show. Love the playoffs and these late games making me lose sleep.
May 3, 201115 yr Lakers gave that game away. Up 16 in the 3rd and lose by 2. Kobe got a great look at the end. Didn't knock it down. Lakers got very complacent and starting shooting stupid shots once they got the big lead and it cost them the game. Kobe couldn't do it by himself and he almost did. Same old song. Bedtime.
