Auburn is the defending NC. Everyone they sign will be studs and that includes Pike.

Zeke will hold his own. The thing that is a little puzzling is that all 4 of the QBs on the returning roster have a minimum of 2 years left of eligibility so it remains to be seen just when Zeke may see the filed. However, he is bigger than all for and does have a strong arm. It's a transition so it'll be interesting to see it all play out.

Trevor Lacy has said he wants to come to UK to play for Cal because he can develop players for the NBA. So much for not coming for a coach.

You are talking about a.basketball player that hasn't even committed to UK. Yes a coach has some say in where a player goes but not everything. Let's face it UK basketball and football are different. If UK football only recruited 4 and mainly 5 star guys, there might be 3 recruits they sign. Many other things factor into the situation, one of them is facilities and UK is upgrading their scoreboards. Again Lacey wouldn't follow cal to trans. Or Georgetown college.

I said beat out Towles as in Towles being the better player to have to beat out. coming form a school like Highlands i feel he will be more ready. Just my opinion but I think Towles is better than Pike. UK is lucky.

We might as well get used to it as it'll be like this through next year, and probably into their college years.

I do believe wall could have picked any school, but Cal was who he wanted to play for. Thomas Moor or UK, no brainer.

 

i hope Towels is as good as you think. good in HS dont mean good in college, I believe UK has some good players who were 4 stars in HS (Boyd) (WR) and now cant sniff the field.

I wish Pike the best of luck but I think he should have went to Michigan a school that has a good track record with QB's. Can anybody name a QB from Auburn other than Newton I can only think of 2 and they are not good.

Yea the only two that I know that where half way decent is Campbell and Craig.

It would not be too much of a stretch to suggest Zeke could play basketball too lol.

I agree and running in general, Cam ran much more this year than Vick ever did and Vick is just now becoming a pocket passer 8-9 years into the league.
