Cannot believe Local CBS affliate (WKRC) cut away to the start of the OSU/IU game. Horrible. You should ALWAYS stay with an OT game with two ranked opponents vs. going with a game with an unranked opponent. Hate getting the Cincinnati stations, they have made horrible gaffes in the past. The could have at least gone with a split screen.

I feel the same way; and it aggravates me even more with being a Louisville fan. The 'Ville doesn't get enough coverage by the local stations and newspapers around NKY as it is.

Good win. Cards played great defense.

Today was a prime example why:

1. Cheerleading isn't a sport.

2. Cheerleaders should have to buy a ticket.

Really? How does today provide evidence for 1 and 2?

1 - IMO, cheerleading is not a sport. MY wife (former Trinity cheerleader), gets angry with me for this. But my criteria is quite simple. If your "sport" is judged to determine a winner, it is not a sport, but an activity. No more, no less.

2 - they shouldn't have to buy a ticket. Just run the stadium for being stupid.

I am curious as to how "today was a prime example" of CB's opinion. Whether or not I agree with his opinion is irrelevant.

So boxing, gymnastics, etc. are not sports..............

IMHO...no.

In boxing there's a gray area, you see, if you knock a man out, you knock him out. But after twelve rounds, if your both still standing. I say bring on more rounds.

That would be a darn shame---just when he and the team were getting healthy. I doubt he would be eligible for a medical redshirt, assuming they are allowed by the NCAA. He's probably played in 11 or so games, I'd guess.

Oh, I hate that too. If you hear anything else...let us know.

Confirmed, he's gone. With it being so late in the year, it'll be a struggle to get ready for next as well. Man, what a bad turn for the luck.

That is horrible news.

I agree, Buckles being finished for the rest of the season isn't good at all.

It doesn't just my thoughts on Cheerleading.

Cheerleading isn't a sport and cheerleaders should have to buy a game ticket because U of L has a stupid cheerleader?
